What if my item arrives damaged?

We understand that accidents happen during shipping. We are extremely careful to package your piece to protect it from moisture, and impact.
However, if the product should be damaged upon arrival, please contact us via the contact form. We will require pictures and a description of the damages. If approved, we will send a replacement item as soon as possible.

To protect the artists and their work, we do not accept refunds or exchanges.  Respectfully, all sales are final. Exceptions may be made for items that arrive damaged. Contact us for more information.
